At SHOP HTH LLC, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality home and living essentials. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also include all accessories, manuals, and documentation that were shipped with the product.
Note on Curated Collections: Premium items such as our smart cleaning appliances (including robot vacuums) and kitchen craft machinery (including espresso makers) must be returned in their original box and completely undamaged. Custom-cut or customized luxury linen products are not eligible for returns unless defective.
2. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
3. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods used during checkout). You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
